ABOUT ME

From a young age my life has had more than its fair share of trials and traumas. I held onto the unresolved feelings from all of those traumas until this last year when I met an incredible group of people who not only loved me for my authentic self but who also helped me to process and unpack the baggage that I had been carrying with me all my life. Now at the age of 30 after facing a lot shadows I am a healthier and happier version of myself and made the decision to use my knowledge and my gifts to help others do the same so they can enjoy life as their most authentic self.
