Monthly Shadow Work Package

Service Description

A month long Shadow Work Experience that will allow us to identify your most triggering shadows and work on how to bring those to light and learn to love even the darkest parts of yourself. Package Includes: 1 - on - 1 Shadow Work Coaching 1 session per week with corresponding assignment ( 4 sessions & assignments total)  Availability for check-in weekdays between 9-5 (exceptions made for emergency situations) 1 intuitive card pull per session  1 full reading at end of 4 weeks
